Refund & Return Policy
Effective Date: 1 August 2025
1. Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order within one (1) hour of placement by emailing contact@lyvitaorganix.com. Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled.
2. Returns Eligibility
- Submit a return request within seven (7) days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
- Perishables (honey, oils) are non-returnable unless defective.
3. Defective or Damaged Items
Report any damage or defect within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange pickup at our expense and offer a full refund or replacement.
4. Return Process
- Contact support with your order number and reason for return.
- Receive a return authorization email and shipping instructions.
- Ship the product back within three (3) business days.
- We inspect the return and process your refund within seven (7) business days of receipt.
5. Refund Method
Refunds for online payments are credited to the original payment method. Cash-on-Delivery refunds are issued via bank transfer—please provide account details.
6. Shipping Charges
We cover return shipping for defective items. For buyer’s remorse returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
7. Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be issued if items are returned opened, missing accessories, or not in original condition.
8. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. To replace an item, please return for a refund and place a new order.
